How it all began...
Each step is sometimes a long walk... it would be hard to imagine being here at this moment, after the long journey I started about 30 years ago, with my collection of seashells...
After the shells, came the fossils and the travels... the fossils by drag to the collection of shells, the travels by my passion and the family.
Today I take one more step by editing this new website. I want this new space to be more than a simple sales point. I want it to be a moment of pleasure for those who visit my website and maybe a precursor of new collectors of these two collection themes.

Occurrence of fossils in Portugal is very evident in almost all regions, particularly along the coastline, distributed over several geological periods. Some fossiliferous outcrops are more richer than others. At best, can find good and rare fossils.
Collecting and finding fossils can be a very interesting hobby. In both cases, requires some technical knowledge to be able to enjoy in full the pleasure that the fossils can give us...

The sea shells have been part of my life for a long time...
The pleasure of collecting shells and fossils, which initially was a simple hobby of collecting, later also became part of my family business. Today, I dedicate part of my time to these two themes, with the greatest dedication.
The trips have come with the time and with the desire to know personally the places where they originate the most species of shells, which I have in my collection...
The first shell that I acquired was bought in the first and big mall, which opened in Portugal (Amoreiras Shopping Center), inaugurated on September 27-1985. The buy was a small Conus Virgo, from the Philippines. Since then, I've never stopped collecting...

Preparation of fossils
ll my fossils are catch and prepared by me. I am not a great specialist in the preparation, but I have enough knowledge to also venture well in this area. Recently, I acquired specialized equipment for the preparation of fossils. "Toys" expensive, but that put us on another level of work preparing the fossils...
For some time, I did volunteer work, of preparation of fossils in Lourinhã Museum. It also contributes with some fossil finds, to the Museum collection.
